Account Deletion
Clients can request deletion of their RohailLifts account and associated coaching portal data.
How to request deletion
- Contact RohailLifts through your normal coaching contact channel.
- Say that you want your RohailLifts account deleted.
- Include the name, phone number, or email connected to your client account so the correct account can be verified.
What may be deleted
Account access, client profile details, workout logs, check-in responses, coaching notes, programming overrides, and other portal data associated with your client account may be deleted or anonymized.
What may be retained
Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or business records may be retained where required by law or payment providers.
Timing
Deletion requests are reviewed after identity/account verification and are typically processed within a reasonable period unless legal retention requirements apply.
